When we first heard Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI again, we were shocked.
She just moved out of her parents' house; how could she fall off the wagon so fast??

Well, it looks like that may not entirely be the case.
According to the latest reports, the substance Amanda was under the influence of when she was arrested was actually prescription Adderall.
But according to law enforcement, Amanda was "out of it" and failed multiple field sobriety tests; and legally driving impaired by prescription drugs still makes you subject to DUI.

Worse for Amanda, she's still on probation from her arrest in 2012.
So was this JUST a medication dosage problem?
Unfortunately, we're hearing Amanda really is relapsing outside of her parents' care; she's allegedly off her anti-psychotics and back to smoking weed!
Maybe she just wasn't ready to be out on her own again?
